Fullerton family law attorney Jaquelina “Jackie” Uberin has been certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization in family law.

The certification marks a significant professional milestone for Uberin, whose legal practice is focused on California family law matters, including divorce, child custody and visitation, parentage, and domestic violence restraining orders.

Certification by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization requires attorneys to satisfy experience and education requirements, pass a written examination, demonstrate substantial involvement in the field, and receive favorable evaluations from attorneys and judges familiar with their work.

The certification follows another recent recognition for Uberin. She was selected to the 2027 Southern California Rising Stars list for family law.
